A superb local bistro combining outstanding seasonal French dishes, generous space, and wonderful hospitality.
Trois B is an exceptional neighbourhood bistro tucked away in the 19th arrondissement, just a short roll from the beautiful Buttes Chaumont park and the vibrant Canal de l'Ourcq.
Access is straightforward. The entrance is step-free, with a wide manual door leading into a dining room that just works. The space is well laid out, offering plenty of room to manoeuvre a wheelchair and settle in without the usual Parisian squeeze.
The accessible toilet is genuinely well set up and easy to use. There were a few folded chairs and a high chair stored inside when we visited, but a member of staff immediately stepped in to remove them without being asked. It is exactly the kind of quiet, proactive hospitality that makes eating out a joy, and that same attentiveness carries through the whole experience. The team is excellent, present, and genuinely helpful in a way that never feels forced.
The food is just as impressive. The kitchen focuses on local, seasonal French dishes with a creative twist. A starter of artichoke with celery purée (12€) was bright and beautifully judged, paving the way perfectly for the main courses. The shredded lamb with split pea mash (28€) was particularly good, rich, comforting, and deeply satisfying. Paired with a fantastic wine list and a genuinely relaxed atmosphere, Trois B is a wonderful, easygoing spot that gets everything right.
